How We Help

  • Marketing Your Property We advertise your property with professional photos and videos, reaching hundreds of websites and thousands of potential renters.
  • Tenant Screening Process Our nationwide tenant screening covers credit, criminal, employment, and rental history. Approved tenants are added to our lease agreement.
  • Rent Collection and Inspections We collect rent, conduct regular property inspections, and manage maintenance with our trusted contractors. We also offer 24-hour emergency services.
  • Communication and Reporting We provide timely updates on maintenance issues and ensure you receive rent payments by the 11th of each month, along with clear statements.
  • Eviction Process While rare, we handle eviction proceedings efficiently, ensuring proper legal notices are delivered.
  • Additional Services Ask about our “Lease Only” services for self-managing owners. We can assist with advertising, tenant placement, and collecting the first month’s rent and security deposit.
  • Our Fees We charge 9% of rents collected.
